These are some of the goals our board would like to accomplish in the near future! One of them is this BLCC website! ( still tweaking it up)

In the neighborhood itself we are working on No Solicitation signs to be posted at main entrances of the subdivision.

Lighting and cleaning up around the pond and pavilion!

Hopefully start back up with heavy trash days and maybe utilize the pavilion for a organized neighborhood yard sale.

These are just some of the things in progress for the neighborhood as well as the administrative project of updating the bylaws and finances.
